I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional real estate agent during my first house purchase in South Tampa. From day 1 through the closing Greg demonstrated an impressive level of local knowledge and expertise that proved invaluable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

To whom it may concern, I have worked with many realtors over the years. I recently moved to the Tampa area and was seeking a great realtor. I asked around and found Hanin. She has been an absolute gem! She has been super helpful, walked me through everything, and helped me secure a home for my family. I have recommended her to local friends and family and now I'm recommending her to you. She is definitely worth a call/email! You won't be sorry you did. One satisfied customer (5/5)!

David is hands down the best realtor I’ve worked with in South Tampa. Strong communication skills, patient and proactive. I’m so happy with how smooth my home search and buying went. David also has a great network that supported me during the process. Very impressive! Buying a home is stressful but I can’t think of a moment during the process where I felt stressed. I knew David had my best interests and would strive to get the right home. And he did! Thank you so much!!

Future home owners, I am pleased to introduce Ms. LaShawn Milton. She is the BEST realtor and thank God we found her! LaShawn felt like a friend who was in our corner, cheering us on and giving us honest, professional advice every step of the way. She never sugar-coated things and always had our best interest at heart. Her knowledge of the process and the market gave us so much confidence. We are so grateful for her and our first home. My entire family gives her our highest recommendation!

Knowledgeable , time management, sincerity

Lisa is a top-notch professional that impressed me beyond my expectations. Her negotiation skills got me the best deal on a 1 story villa and made my experience stress-free and tailored to my needs. She was the only agent with the time and patience to achieve my requirements and found me the perfect home. I have full trust and confidence in Lisa's expertise, she did more than just show me 4 homes, she showed me the neighborhoods and the shopping areas where I would shop, as well as entertainment areas and nearby parks and trails, When I found the perfect home for my needs, she made me visualize how to decorate and set up room designs. Lisa constantly asked me regarding each home we looked at what I didn't like about the location or the price or the neighborhood. We even stopped to talk to neighbors about what they were pleased about within the community, what real estate agent does this? She pointed out flaws in the homes that I never would have noticed otherwise until I moved in, she even went so far as to bring in an electrician and a painter to make sure they were able to repair any eyesores and make sure my new home looked like I was the first one to occupy it. Lisa made my homebuying experience fast and easy and made me realize how a new home in the right location can improve a person's life. Lisa is a 5 star agent who dedicates her profession to her client, she is not looking for a quick commission, but rather fulfilling her client's dream.
