"Shelly Valdez was incredibly professional and yet also gave it her personal touch by listening to what was important to me and always being available to answer my questions (and I had a lot). I don't know much about real estate so she was a font of knowledge for me and gave me the best advice and guidance through all of the tricky navigation of selling my home. I think we had every issue that you can imagine come up during the sale of the property and yet she handled everything so well that I did not have to worry about a thing.
