My brother and I lost our mother earlier this year and had to sell her home after extensive flood damage due to Hurricane Helene. Her passing was unexpected so it was a difficult time for us and we had some big decisions to make on whether to rebuild the home or sell it. Barb was there for us as we considered each option carefully. She was so helpful with providing us with market data and connecting us with builders and realtors who could advise us on alternative options. In the end, our best option was to sell the home and Barb did a phenomenal job marketing our damaged property in a very uncertain market. If it hadn’t been for Barbara we would never have gotten the amount we got for our home. She was diligent and incredibly detailed in her work. She reviewed every offer and contract with a fine tooth comb and advocated for us to ultimately get a top dollar offer! Thank you Barbara for being a fantastic realtor!

She always on tym and very sweet and respectful

Wendy has been my realtor for many years and I successfully assisted with buying and selling homes. She is tenacious but also very helpful in explaining the world of real estate to novices like myself. I will continue to use Wendy in the future. She is amazing!🤩
