Lisa is a top-notch professional that impressed me beyond my expectations. Her negotiation skills got me the best deal on a 1 story villa and made my experience stress-free and tailored to my needs. She was the only agent with the time and patience to achieve my requirements and found me the perfect home. I have full trust and confidence in Lisa's expertise, she did more than just show me 4 homes, she showed me the neighborhoods and the shopping areas where I would shop, as well as entertainment areas and nearby parks and trails, When I found the perfect home for my needs, she made me visualize how to decorate and set up room designs. Lisa constantly asked me regarding each home we looked at what I didn't like about the location or the price or the neighborhood. We even stopped to talk to neighbors about what they were pleased about within the community, what real estate agent does this? She pointed out flaws in the homes that I never would have noticed otherwise until I moved in, she even went so far as to bring in an electrician and a painter to make sure they were able to repair any eyesores and make sure my new home looked like I was the first one to occupy it.
