Kelly is an excellent professional. She worked very hard on both transactions that she helped me with ( the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one). She would contact me any time of day and any day of the week. She has a great knowledge of the real estate business. She also knew when to get a second opinion from a trusted colleague. Her long experience was very useful. She had a list of trusted specialists that she knew were good in their field of experience e.g. electrical contractor, tile layer, painter, carpeting installer. I didn't hesitate to use these referenced people. In some cases I was sending cash to these people in advance of the work. I was secure in the knowledge the Ms Reilly trusted these folks based on her experience. I would not hesitate to refer Kelly to anyone buying or selling a home.

This woman, this fantastic real estate agent, helped me so much. I screwed up on transferring the deed. We had to go into probate for half of the house. It took from October until the middle of February to clear this up. She's stuck with me the whole time she helped me and stayed in contact with me constantly. She took care of a lot of stuff that I should have taken care of. I'm incredibly grateful for this woman's support. Betina was so amazing in helping my family through our first experience buying a home. She is very responsive and was always quick to help find answers to our questions. She gave honest feedback about the houses we were seeing and helped us secure our first home purchase. When the seller of the house we bought wasn’t wanting to fix something so the sell could go through, Betina fixed the issue herself. She said she didn’t want something so small to stop us from getting our home. That blew me away!
