I first met Betina, thank goodness, through her persistent emails with respectful follow-up calls. I finally met her when she set up a showing of a property. She seemed so sweet that I thought she won’t be aggressive enough to represent me. Boy was I wrong! Don’t let her calm demeanor, fool you. When it came to advocating for me, she was right in my corner. Betina is a strong woman. When she came to my house for the first time, she brought a team member from Compass Realty and they presented information about my home including market value, my completions in the area, with spread sheets and information about the company. She was prepared and informed before she even got to my home. That was impressive to me. I had had another realtor the day before come to my house and she couldn’t even tell me what my home could possibly be worth. She said she’d get back to me, which turned out to be several days. The choice was easy to make. This team was ready to take me to a whole new level of selling a home with ease. She was very approachable and got back to me within a quick amount of time, which I found rare to find these days. No question was insignificant to her. If she didn’t know the answer, she found out quickly and got right back to me. She was amazing. When buying and selling homes there a reasonable amount of anxiety that comes with the process. Betina continually remained calm and professional while putting me at ease. If I ever need to buy or sell again, I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Betina was so amazing in helping my family through our first experience buying a home. She is very responsive and was always quick to help find answers to our questions. She gave honest feedback about the houses we were seeing and helped us secure our first home purchase. When the seller of the house we bought wasn’t wanting to fix something so the sell could go through, Betina fixed the issue herself. She said she didn’t want something so small to stop us from getting our home. That blew me away!
