She helped us price our house attractive to buyers and appropriate to market conditions, gave guidance in our response to a counter offer, and worked in partnership with the buyer's agent so that both parties were winners in the transaction. She also went the extra distance in helping prepare our home for inspection (turned back on the water, ice-maker, etc.) as we were off island for most of this process.
