I recently sold my condo at Keonekai Villages with Austin MacArthur and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. He helped me every step of the way with recommendations for staging and what to worry about and what not to worry about. Was in the process of relocating to the mainland for work and Austin was able to expertly navigate my Cartus Relocation team that was helping me with my relocation. It is a challenge to work with a company relocation team and Austin handled it seamlessly for me. As I was leaving for the mainland Austin and team had showings before I left and an offer and sold in under 2 months time! I appreciate Austin's attention to detail to the condo and to my needs as I continued my journey back on the mainland. I highly recommended Austin and his team and so grateful for the excellent experience.
