We selected Tom as our realtor, as he had a very in-depth knowledge of the changing real estate landscape in Maui, including the expected changes in the regulations around short-term rentals. Tom also had a very solid knowledge of the value, and how to assess properties that on the surface appear similar, but may not be on a closer look. He and his team displayed excellent communications throughout the process, was always reachable, and was very helpful in arranging some last-minute "to do's" in order to finalize things.
