Ask for Ashley! We met her at an open house and she is overflowing with positivity, energy, and character. The kind of person you want fighting your battles in a real estate transaction. Plus she drives a Jeep with all the rubber ducks in the window, so you know she means business! She’s very fast to respond day or night(not sure when she sleeps). She’s great with technology and did 95% of the paperwork online. She had us laughing, which made our whole experience fun and light hearted. Monique Allen was a GOD send for me during the selling of this property. This was an extremely emotional time for me because this was my deceased father's home and probated property. Monique was so patient and caring by showing sympathy to me and my family as well as giving us the confidence that she would do what was best for all of us. She expressed that she was a probate certified agent which helped to relieve some concerns because to me I felt that she had the training needed to answer all questions and give credible advice.
