Matther found and handled all the details of my condo in Savannah when I purchased it. He found the perfect one. It was a family retreat for all of us. Time came when I needed to sell it. Not only did he handle all the paperwork remotely, but he ordered and handled a couple repairs, and, since I was selling it furnished and the buyer didn't want everything, he handled all the packing and distribution of those things not going with the condo! I am 80 y/o and living out of state so this was such a Blessing! And he did it all with a smile! He is very thorough and efficient! I will definitely call him again if I ever move back to Savannah!

My wife and I flew into Savannah from Southern California to look at properties for a second home. Susan met us in the lobby of the hotel the next morning to introduce herself and take us on a tour of homes in Wilmington Island. We were very excited! Susan is a very good Realtor and you can tell by the way she is at ease with clients and her knowledge of the housing market in Savannah areas. I figured that we would look at homes for about five days, but turns out, we found the one early on that day! Susan Contacted the Sellers Realtor and sent up our offer with him. Just that easy! We got the house, pushed for a 15 day escrow and we are now happy owners of a home in Windsor Forest in Savannah! Susan really help us in all ways including referring Insurance agents, utility companies, contractors and so forth. She even went to water company on our behalf since we were back in California already. I have to say working with Susan Ross with Realty One Group was a very good experience for us. GOOD JOB SUSAN!

Susan and I knew one another in another life, we actually worked together. When I decided that it was time to sell my townhouse, and knowing of Susan’s entry into the Realtor profession, I decided to give her a call. This has been quite a process, and Rebecca has been fabulous throughout all of it. Often doing things that definitely gave me the sense that I was important to her and that she really cared and wanted to protect me and the process of acquiring this home even though I may have been a bit to chew on with my concept of changing my mind in the direction I wanted to go. She did not hesitate to shift with me and continue to be there all along the way.

Hands down, I would not use anybody else. Rebecca had everything from start to finish and then Cell. Truly the best in the business.
