We have known Tripp Butler for the past nine years, but until now had never used him as our real estate agent. At 82 years old, I can honestly say I have never had a better agent. Selling a home can be very difficult when you live far away and you are coming in to town to go through the house to figure out what to take to the assisted living and what to sell. Tripp made it all flow smoothly. We got a contract on the house within 5 days of listing the property and most importantly, he helped us negotiate back and forth- something we've done before, but don't do every day.
