Mr. Butler's professionalism made me feel very confident in his ability to sell my home. He kept me posted with feedback from potential buyers and was always very encouraging about the sale of the house. In fact, the house sold sooner than I expected. It was a real pleasure having Tripp as my agent.

Tripp is a fabulous realtor. He responded to emails and texts immediately, regardless of the time of day. Our elderly loved one lives 3,000 miles away and was not mentally ready to sell her house. He was patient with us and very kind and loving, as he was raised by his grandmother. He walked through the house and, will his builder background, was able to tell us what updates we needed to make to improve the value of the house. Then, he referred us to a wonderful handyman in SouthBridge, Mike Collins, who fixed everything very quickly. He referred us to many other contacts for the estate sale, house cleaning, carpet cleaning. I could go on and on, but he has an amazing roladex and every person we called jumped in to help. Selling a home can be very difficult when you live far away and you are coming in to town to go through the house to figure out what to take to the assisted living and what to sell. Tripp made it all flow smoothly. We got a contract on the house within 5 days of listing the property and most importantly, he helped us negotiate back and forth- something we've done before, but don't do every day. We found Tripp based on reviews online as I wasn’t physically in Savannah to meet realtors in person. We were in a position where our home was on the market for 6 months without any offers with a different agent and I knew we needed to make a change. From the moment we meet Tripp over the phone, we knew we would be in great hands. He was so confident in a comforting way that we felt at ease listing our home with him. He immediately had his amazing photographer take new photos of our home for a refresh and it listed within 48 hours. We immediately gained traction and numerous showings of serious buyers. We made some pricing adjustments and after two months, we accepted an offer on our home. Throughout the process, Tripp was communicative and guided us in decision making processes. He works with a team of people that were also committed to getting our home shown to their clients as well. He was also able to provide us with numerous references for electrical, masonry, handyman work etc. and all of his people did an amazing job.
