He referred us to many other contacts for the estate sale, house cleaning, carpet cleaning. I could go on and on, but he has an amazing roladex and every person we called jumped in to help. Selling a home can be very difficult when you live far away and you are coming in to town to go through the house to figure out what to take to the assisted living and what to sell. Tripp made it all flow smoothly. We got a contract on the house within 5 days of listing the property and most importantly, he helped us negotiate back and forth- something we've done before, but don't do every day. My wife and I flew into Savannah from Southern California to look at properties for a second home. Susan met us in the lobby of the hotel the next morning to introduce herself and take us on a tour of homes in Wilmington Island. We were very excited!
