Christi was the constant source of knowledge, strength, inspiration, and determination that I needed to sell my mother’s home. Her communication, honesty, integrity, and hard work made this possible. Because it was my family home, I had a lot of attachment to this sell, but Christi was on the roller coaster with me and supported me every step of the way! She listens, cares, and comforts, all while putting you back on track to do what needs to be done. I will be forever grateful to her for all the time, support, and heart that she put into making the sell happen. I highly recommended her to all! She will not stop until she finds the perfect buyer for your property!

I wanted to provide a little review for Christi Cook, who helped me find my beautiful home over the past couple of months. She was well prepared, always providing me with listings that I wanted to see, filtering out the ones I didn't. Didn't waste my time with nonsense or just want to sell me a home for the sake of it. I felt she was very experienced and attentive to my needs, which is very important to feel like one of the largest buying experiences you have in life is taken very seriously. I would absolutely recommend Christi for anyone's Realtor needs. ~Michael B.

Christi practically knows what you need before you do! She brings market savvy, extensive experience, patient tenacity, and unending compassion so that her client can successfully find a new home in today’s stressful market. It was rare that she didn’t have a former client or a friend who is a residence in almost every neighborhood we visited. This meant that she could talk about a property with authority and knowledge that is invaluable to one coming from out of town.

I cannot recommend Catherine highly enough. Our home-buying process had a heavily extended timeline because we needed to wait for a buyer for our current home, but Catherine stepped up, took charge, and actually found the buyer for our home sale as well. What could have been an incredibly stressful, high-pressure waiting game was smooth and manageable because she handled both sides flawlessly. Throughout the long delay, she showed unwavering patience, never rushing us or losing enthusiasm. Her proactive communication kept all parties aligned so neither deal fell apart, and she fought hard for our best interests from day one until closing. If you want a dedicated, professional real estate agent who stays committed to you for the long haul, hire Catherine immediately.

Catherine made my first home-buying experience so much easier. She was always responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Even after closing, she continued to check in and help me get settled. I truly appreciate everything she did and highly recommend her!

Great agent to work with, always on top of things and responding to both sides of the transaction. You will be greatly pleased with her expertise and responsibility.
