Ashley was highly responsive during the entire process. We were out of town until the day of closing and Ashley helped us to find the prefect house. She is highly knowledgable on all the communitities and provided in depth videos of all houses viewed with details about how the houses.

This is the second home I've purchased with Ashley. I had been sending her the listing every time the price dropped for over 6 months. When the listing price was something I could work with, Ashley went straight to investigating why it was on the market so long and came back with the answers I was looking for. She is a wizard when it comes to negotiating, and got most of my closing costs covered! She connected me with a loan officer that could get creative with my financing as I'm self employed. When the sellers failed to fix the AC by closing day, she was able to make things work despite the extra paperwork day of. She has made not one, but two seemingly complicated home purchases absolutely seamless. At least I felt that way! She took care of all of the hiccups and headaches before I could even worry. I couldn't imagine working with another realtor ever again.

i met ashley through social media, i messaged her telling her i was thinking about buying and she swiftly met me for coffee. we talked about all of the details that goes into buying, she brought paper work for me to take home and look over, she was very knowledgeable. the buying process was actually a lot faster than i expected! she was so great the entire time, any questions i had she knew the answer to. she was always available to text or to call. we’ve been in our home for a year now and next time we buy we will absolutely be using ashley again!

Ashley helped us find our home on GA while we were in Alaska. She went above and beyond to show us the house and worked with us while we were dealing with the stress of moving and answered all of the questions we had about the house.

If you want someone who is on your side through the entire process and never have to question that, Ashley is that girl! She made the whole process (even the terrible hiccup) absolutely worth it. We knew the house we bought was going to be it on the first look, but even still, Ashley still looked at other houses with us just so we were sure.
