I have never had a better experience with dealing with a realtor and the amount of time and work they put in to helping me with my home sale. My house was listed and I got my asking offer in 2 weeks and after only 2 open houses. Oneal took care of everything for me and I never had to call him twice because he was always right there ready to help with any questions or concerns about help with repairs. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my REALTOR! She’s not only a friend, but we also run in a lot of the same social circles and have so much in common. Most importantly, I trust her immensely — and she absolutely knocked it out of the park for me. When it came time to sell my home, she worked her magic. From staging to pricing to all the little details in between, she knew exactly what needed to be done to make my home look its best and get it SOLD! Then came the fun part… finding me a house. 😂 Apparently, I don’t believe in shopping for homes that are actually ON the market. I somehow kept finding houses that weren’t listed yet, which meant she had to navigate a home-buying adventure that was anything but conventional.
