I have never had a better experience with dealing with a realtor and the amount of time and work they put in to helping me with my home sale. My house was listed and I got my asking offer in 2 weeks and after only 2 open houses. Oneal took care of everything for me and I never had to call him twice because he was always right there ready to help with any questions or concerns about help with repairs. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my REALTOR! She’s not only a friend, but we also run in a lot of the same social circles and have so much in common. Most importantly, I trust her immensely — and she absolutely knocked it out of the park for me. When it came time to sell my home, she worked her magic. From staging to pricing to all the little details in between, she knew exactly what needed to be done to make my home look its best and get it SOLD! Then came the fun part… finding me a house. 😂 Apparently, I don’t believe in shopping for homes that are actually ON the market. I somehow kept finding houses that weren’t listed yet, which meant she had to navigate a home-buying adventure that was anything but conventional. And, in true small-town fashion, the house we ultimately bought wasn’t on the market either — it belonged to an old flooring customer of mine! 😂 Because apparently scrolling through normal real estate listings would have just been way too easy. This is the second home I've purchased with Ashley. I had been sending her the listing every time the price dropped for over 6 months. When the listing price was something I could work with, Ashley went straight to investigating why it was on the market so long and came back with the answers I was looking for. She is a wizard when it comes to negotiating, and got most of my closing costs covered! She connected me with a loan officer that could get creative with my financing as I'm self employed. When the sellers failed to fix the AC by closing day, she was able to make things work despite the extra paperwork day of. She has made not one, but two seemingly complicated home purchases absolutely seamless. At least I felt that way! She took care of all of the hiccups and headaches before I could even worry. I couldn't imagine working with another realtor ever again.
