O'Neal was pro-active from start to finish. Listened to what we wanted. Quickly found properties in geographic areas we were interested in, taking time to set-up full week-ends to look methodically from location to location. When we asked for valuations, comparisons to offers there was never hesitation, with his current market knowledge, delegation and keen sense of negotiation. Mr. Cason worked in-depth and well with all parties through the entire process, he has connections with lenders, inspectors, handy-men, attorneys... you name it. Made the stressful and complicated business of buying a new home in a new location comfortable. Mr. Cason has the goods, he knows what he's doing and is fully engaged and he has a remarkable working team! We never had a time we waited more than a couple hours for even the simplest question to be answered. He was in our corner from start to finish, and helped educate us in areas of need. We have long since closed and still have him checking in! Truely, a caring thoughtful person we can not say enough positives. If you want top notch, and real southern hospitality - you'll be lucky to get him!
