Quickly found properties in geographic areas we were interested in, taking time to set-up full week-ends to look methodically from location to location. When we asked for valuations, comparisons to offers there was never hesitation, with his current market knowledge, delegation and keen sense of negotiation. Mr. Cason worked in-depth and well with all parties through the entire process, he has connections with lenders, inspectors, handy-men, attorneys... you name it. Made the stressful and complicated business of buying a new home in a new location comfortable. Mr. Cason has the goods, he knows what he's doing and is fully engaged and he has a remarkable working team! We never had a time we waited more than a couple hours for even the simplest question to be answered. He was in our corner from start to finish, and helped educate us in areas of need. Anna was our "boots on the ground" realtor as we were planning a move to Georgia from Massachusetts. She was extremely responsive to texts and phone calls and answered all questions we threw at her. She cleared her schedule and made herself available for multiple trips down to the area to view homes. She was also present for the home inspection as well as getting appliances installed. Anna sent many videos and pictures of the progress on the home. She set up estimates with a few fence companies and made the overall stressful move as easy as possible.
