We truly could not have asked for a better realtor than Steve. Buying our home was such a big milestone for us, and he made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always made sure we understood every step along the way. Anytime we had a question (and we had a LOT), he was quick to respond and never made us feel like a bother.We always felt like he genuinely had our best interest at heart, not just the sale. Steven was recommended by a neighbor and we agreed to meet with him to hear his pitch. He was very responsive, made time to meet on a Sunday afternoon and gave a quick professional pitch about why his service was above and beyond typical. From the photos, to the multiple open houses, to stocking the house with goodies, he really treated the listing as if it was his only one. Steven did amazing helping me and my fiancé find our first home together. He was great with working around our busy schedules, knew a lot about the areas we were looking in, and also showed us things in a house that we wouldn’t otherwise notice when the excitement got to us. A couple of houses had issues that we didn’t know to look for, so he would point it out and explain things to us. He was also very good about answering our questions which were probably dumb if I’m being honest, but he didn’t make us feel that way when answering them. It was an overall great experience as a first time home buyer, he made the nerve racking experience a whole lot less so and I would definitely recommend to a friend!
