My dream home

Helpful with A BUMP IN THE ROAD

Cathy is a knowledgeable realtor! She was very helpful guiding us and sharing information we needed to know. We had a big bump buying the home we knew was perfect for us. We lost our buyer for the home we had to sell first. Cathy jumped in and negotiated with the seller of the home we wanted to buy. Everyone needs a realtor that is willing to find solutions for their client. You just never know what bump might pop up. Grateful to be living in this ideal home for us.

Cathy is a Rockstar!

Cathy has lived in Savannah her whole life. Can’t think of a better person to guide a newbie in the real estate search around town. Cathy is extremely thorough, patient, kind and an overall amazing individual. She was always willing to accomodate my wild schedule and was truly committed to helping me find exactly what I was looking for, even when the criteria shifted back and forth, during my long search. Cathy went above and beyond and then some. In fact she is still helping me! Cathy has provided me with a myriad of contacts and resources as I renovate my home.
