Professional and kept me updated regularly as changes unfolded. I did not feel pressured. From the beginning “FOR SALE” sign, to the sale of the house, was in a timely manner.
My husband and I recently sold our first home and felt lucky to have Cathy as our realtor! As first-time home sellers, we felt supported every step of the way. Her expertise and strategic marketing led to our house selling on the very first day! Cathy was always available to answer our questions and made the process seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Cathy was extremely helpful and proactive helping me find my dream home! As it was my first home, I was initially overwhelmed and stressed. Cathy instilled a sense of peace and calm through the whole process which made it a fun and engaging. I cannot recommend using Cathy enough, she goes above and beyond to ensure every need and desire is met and / or exceeded. Thank you Cathy!!!
Cathy is a knowledgeable realtor! She was very helpful guiding us and sharing information we needed to know. We had a big bump buying the home we knew was perfect for us. We lost our buyer for the home we had to sell first. Cathy jumped in and negotiated with the seller of the home we wanted to buy. Everyone needs a realtor that is willing to find solutions for their client. You just never know what bump might pop up. Grateful to be living in this ideal home for us.
Cathy has 3 properties for sale and sold 4 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
