Matthew went above and beyond during our home buying process. As first time home buyers he explained everything and was always available to answer any questions. He had local insight on the areas which we so helpful being a military family moving to a new area. Compared to our friends experiences buying homes we got so lucky selecting Matthew to guide us along buying our first home. I can't recommend him enough.

I had a hard time nailing down exactly what I was looking for. Through that entire process, Matthew was incredibly helpful and kept us updated on the current housing market. When it came time to put in an offer, he helped us every step of the way, explaining all the things I did not understand about the process, in detail.

Matther found and handled all the details of my condo in Savannah when I purchased it. He found the perfect one. It was a family retreat for all of us. Time came when I needed to sell it. Not only did he handle all the paperwork remotely, but he ordered and handled a couple repairs, and, since I was selling it furnished and the buyer didn't want everything, he handled all the packing and distribution of those things not going with the condo! I am 80 y/o and living out of state so this was such a Blessing! And he did it all with a smile! He is very thorough and efficient! I will definitely call him again if I ever move back to Savannah!

If I asked for him to stop by to get opinions on the house while changes were being made he made sure to fit me in to his schedule. When a potential buyer unfortunately pulled out of a sale he had solutions for me within the hour and had the house back for sale that same night. Again, just the easiest guy to work with. Professional, friendly, honest, and hard working. 10/10 recommend!

He is someone I trusted, and someone I know anyone else reading this review can trust as well. He is always straight forward, never embellishes, and isn’t out there trying to take your money. Yes, it’s his business, but Matthew is someone who is genuinely interested in taking care of his clients, and does so as if you were his family.
