Bold praise in the headline, but Matthew deserves all the praise I can muster. After our initial contact thru Veterans United, we decided to defer purchase for a year or two. Instead of dropping us, Matthew persisted in sending marketing analytics which, once we found a prospective home elsewhere, convinced us to have him list the house. We needed a quick sale for a specific sum to allow us to meet the requirements of the new mortgage. We culled a few belongings, spiffed up the house a bit, and turned the process over to Matthew. He set up the marketing process the very first few days and did photos and videos that included drone footage flying thru the house and around our quaint fishing village to show proximity to the water. First Sunday was open house and there were nonstop prospects. That open house produced an offer very conducive to both us and the buyer. Matthew took care of the “to do” list required by the buyer, including certain inspection and cleaning services. Overall, his specific knowledge of the town focused the buyers eye on the quality of the house and the romantic spirit of the historic neighborhood. No way to overvalue his kindness, hustle, and results. From valuing the property, thru marketing the property, to sitting by you at the close, Matthew did a fantastic job. As I head out on a new adventure, I recommend him highly, and value knowing that I might help convince a person or two to put their confidence in the very best!
