My 86 year old mother decided it was time to move close to our family. We started the process over a year ago. Like in most cases, Mom needed to sell before she closed on a new home. In the end Mom changed her mind and fell in love with a duplex. She made herself available when we came in town numerous times and always had appointments for the homes we really wanted to see.
