Bart is friendly and was able to draw in potential buyers. He understands how to negotiate a sale and is always professional. Bruce and I ran across Bart on a rental property and told him about our short sale on our house. He came looked and he took it under his wings and through a very hard ordeal because of mortgage company he fought tooth and nail on it. I have had the good fortune of having Bart Miranda realter/agent handle the sale of my residence in Americana Resort which allowed me to move back to be with my family and friends.
