Bruce and I ran across Bart on a rental property and told him about our short sale on our house. He came looked and he took it under his wings and through a very hard ordeal because of mortgage company he fought tooth and nail on it. He never gave up even with all the frustration that came along. Bart is one in a million real estate agent. I would recommend him if you have a short sale or just looking to sale or even buy. I have had the good fortune of having Bart Miranda realter/agent handle the sale of my residence in Americana Resort which allowed me to move back to be with my family and friends.
