Jenna is incredible! Jenna continuously went above and beyond for us! I would absolutely recommend Jenna to anyone. She seamlessly coordinated and navigated the process through so many different challenges. I was recommended Jenna by my trusted neighbor. I never even met Jenna in person because I was in a different state. I sold the house as my marriage was going through a tough time. My wife delayed the sell several times and Jenna understood. Jenna was patient and caring. Jenna replaced broken hardware, coordinates repairs, removed random stuff that my wife abandoned. Jenna was always available. Quick to respond. Sent great pictures and videos, provided great recommendations for services. I would recommend Jenna again and again.

I called Allison after a pleasant conversation about a different home. She was helpful and friendly so I decided to set up appointments with her. She was always accessible even while on vacation. Her and her team were on top of things when I needed several extensions or amendments. At times she was a little too aggressive with myself or other agents. That's the only reason I didn't do 5 stars.
