I would recommend Tammy to any one...she works very hard at timing, communications, negotiations, and put up with all my 1st time home buyer questions and concerns, when I didn't know what I wanted, to when I finally figured out the area and price range, she adjusted and helped me from start to finish. She even did some last minute emergency stuff near closing that my seller's agent was unavailable to do for me and that was above and beyond the call of duty. I wish all agents were like Tammy. She smoothed over many rough parts of the process. So happy I found Tammy. Do yourself a favor and hire her.
