Real estate teams in Brevard County

The team came through as promised. Professionals all the way. Thanks again!

Working with William Elberth and Sotheby’s was an absolute home run for our family. Will is an incredible real estate agent who truly cares about getting every single detail right. From the start, he took the time to understand exactly what mattered most to us, from finding the right school district and family-friendly amenities to pinpointing the ideal neighborhood. His local knowledge of Florida real estate is unmatched. From negotiating the offer and navigating inspections to closing smoothly, Will’s guidance took all the stress out of the home-buying process. Will’s personal touch, integrity, and deep local expertise truly sets him apart. If you’re looking for someone who will listen and put your goals first, I can’t recommend Will enough!

He was extremely helpful in selling our house when the military moved my family on short notice out of the state. He went above and beyond for us by coordinating with contractors to clear up home repairs we needed made after FHA loan inspections, even while we were out of state. He was very responsive for our calls even occasionally at odd hours to answer questions about the sell of our house. He kept us in the loop with everything at every step of the process. Very satisfied with how he worked for us as our realtor.

My agent Amanda has been w me on this journey for a bit over 2 years. Although I didn't pull the trigger until this year, she was just as responsive through the 2 year search. I cant say how much I appreciate this team and there fortitude w me to get this deal done. I highly recommend team 321 I will certainly partner w them again when the next search begins.

Samantha was great at keeping us up to date and informed during the whole selling and closing process. Amanda was pivotal with paperwork, information and humor when we needed it most. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

Lindsey and Harvey provided a positive experience when we purchased and when we sold. Knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough through each process and transaction. The extra effort provided was appreciated. Answered every question and provided regular updates. Knowledgeable and professional.

Lindsey and her team did a great job with the virtual staging. She provided great advise on the price range to list the property and helped me sell the property in two weeks of listing, while I was in another state. Great job Team Whitney.

Sherri helped myself and my family find our forever home. She was helpful and kind. She was always available and always willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were happy. She treated us as if she was buying the home. Great advocate and very knowledgeable. I am so pleased to have met her and have her be apart of my journey as a homeowner!

Sherri was professional and helpful. Thank you, Sherri!

We had a lot if problems arise with the person buying our house. We had a few delays and it was very stressful. Sherri and her team went above and beyond to help us solve all our problems. She is kind, caring and efficient.
