Theresa was an exceptional choice for my siblings and I to sell our parents' home upon their passing. She was knowledgeable regarding the local area and market (as 3 of the 4 of us lived outside of Florida), and was very good with suggesting things to make the house show well. She kept all of us in the loop with phone calls, email and text messages. She ALWAYS reminded us that if any of us individually needed more discussion or information to better understand the process she was there for us, and she did follow through when I had a couple questions here and there. She was always quick to respond, or as soon as possible, even late into the evening when necessary. I never once felt that our situation was put on hold to represent others-- meaning I always felt we were her only clients. That is an amazing person who can balance her professional and personal life like that. The one sibling that did live in Florida was in more direct contact with her mainly due to logistics as the house was getting prepared to go on the market, but I know she worked hard to make our house sale go so smoothly.
