Deborah Tomczak helped us purchase our Florida property 14 years ago and we selected her to help with its recent sale based on that experience; we are very glad we did! She provided realistic and sound advice on the marketing and selling process in a "buyer's market" atmosphere. We had two failed contracts before one that went through successfully and she was very patient and consistently helpful throughout. Despite having other clients with likely greater profit margins, she was consistently and rapidly responsive to our questions and issues during the selling process. Her references to her extensive previous experience were a useful guide in dealing with various issues. She was optimistic and cheerful but still realistic as we went through the ups and downs of our selling process. She provided contact information for additional resources requiring specialty repairs to resolve inspection issues and also estate sales management and subsequent cleaning services that were very timely and consistent with our schedule requirements. She is a true professional who knows her business very well and is very effective as well as pleasant to work with!

Lindsey and her team did a great job with the virtual staging. She provided great advise on the price range to list the property and helped me sell the property in two weeks of listing, while I was in another state. Great job Team Whitney.

We have used Liz for various real estate matters for many years and have come to consider her as a friend, as well. She knows the real estate market well, and aggressively (but professionally) advocates for her clients, timely responds to phone/text/email messages, is very pleasant to deal with (is not sour and dour, and condescending, as with some agents), and is overall fantastic. She knows exactly how to negotiate well and fairly with the other side of transactions. She is always realistic and direct on what homes can sell or be bought for. She doesn't sugar coat facts or trick sellers into listing at an absurdly high price just to get your listing. (Some agents will do that - and then quickly get you to lower your sales price, once you sign a listing contract.) You will not be disappointed with Liz' real estate service.

I first met Vicki Nemeth in 2004, when I was looking for a house here in Florida. She was so helpful and knowledgeable that when my parents wanted to buy here, I called her immediately. There was no one I would rather work with. She is so very easy to work with. My parents are gone now and it was time to sell their house this past spring. Once again, I called Vicki. She is a true font of knowledge, is kind and compassionate, and is well known and respected in this area. She knows the market and gives fantastic advice on all aspects of the buying/selling process. I am not great at remembering names, but I have never forgotten Vicki's.

There is no one like Jim and his Team in this industry. I just bought my fourth home and this was the best experience and the beast Team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The majority of people in this industry do very little and are not very responsive!! Although Jim and his team are NOT on that level. Once again they surpassed our expectations and we are truly fortunate to have them on our side and to help us navigate this market!! Jim and his team are the only ones we trust!! ✌️We only wish they were licensed in all 50 states!!

GARRETT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SHOWING ME HOMES. I'M KIND OF PICKY BUT HE DIDN'T MIND. I GET VERY TENSE IN THESE TYPES OF SITUATIONS AND HE MADE IT SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL. HIM AND HIS TEAM ARE SUCH HARD WORKERS AND I COULDN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH.
