I can't say enough good things about Pamela Ratfield's work with us. She helped my son and his wife find their home quickly, knew the neighborhoods that would be appropriate for his family, and even babysat his two little kids so he and his wife could have their anniversary dinner together. When I got to Florida, she helped me find my condo, not an easy task in such a tight housing market and given my price point level. She knows the market and guided me through the home buying process, both in person and online. She did all this with a smile, her warm, caring personality shining through, in spite of the fact that covid had hit her family and she must have been frantic with worry.
