I am a results driven professional with 25 years of experience in business management, including 8 years as a successful business owner. Demonstrated expertise in real estate as a Realtor® for 7 years. Work experience: Realtor (Keller Williams) Premium Properties , Coldwell Banker 2013-currently What I do… Develop and maintain a strong network of clients resulting in a high rate of repeat business and referrals. Negotiate and close complex real estate transactions, ensuring client satisfaction. Utilize market researching analysis to identify opportunities and develop marketing strategies. Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, appraisers and other professionals to facilitate I smooth transactions. I use my realtor skills and my client base to help people realize their dream of home ownership, To help them through life transitions like downsizing, to help with investing in or divesting of properties I'm an admitted HGTV addict with a penchant for fix and flip shows. It never ceases to amaze me what someone with vision and resources can do. When I'm not working, I enjoy listening to live music at Brevard's many beach bars, and reading or hanging out with my schizophrenic cat, "Groot".

Nikki works with buyers and sellers to help create goals, and develop a strategic marketing plan to turn those goals into reality. Nikki has been bringing buyers and sellers together since 2004. Nikki began her Real Estate career when she obtained her license as a registered real estate appraiser (assistant real estate appraiser) in 2002 in Miami, Florida. In 2004, Nikki obtained her real estate sales license in Brevard County and became an Realtor with ERA Showcase, where she earned several awards including "The Producer's Club Award" each year. Nikki has also earned an Associate of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked with the disabled, seniors, and veterans in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals throughout Florida, California, and Hawaii as a travel therapist. In 2019, Nikki decided to follow her passion and return to real estate where she is a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential in Brevard County. Nikki follows the concept of being a life-long student, and believes in continuous education to enhance her profession,. She is currently studying Spanish. Nikki lives in North Brevard with her husband, who is an Engineer at the Kennedy Space Center. Together, they have raised their children here in Brevard. When Nikki is not selling real estate, she enjoys cooking, traveling, art shows, and spending time with her family at the beach.

Glenda did a fantastic job representing me in listing and selling my Condo

Glenda did a fantastic job representing me in listing and selling my Condo. With me being out of state , she went way beyond the call of duty in handling fix up items with contractors, working with carpet selection, etc. and getting staging in place. Her knowledge of the market and her ability to work with and represent me was magnificent. I have dealt with dozens of Realtors over the past 40 years and I wish she would have been there for me on every one of those deals. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed.

Professional.Easy. Great!

Nikki was an amazing agent to work with. From the start she was always available and responsive, going the extra mile in multiple occasions to help us, “out of town buyers” to complete the purchase.
