When we first contacted Andy and Giselle about selling our home they came to our house and took pictures the next day. They told us they might have a buyer and they did! They were able to get us much more for our house than we ever dreamed of. The transaction was very smooth. They were very easy to contact and always got back to us right away with answers to any questions we had. When we asked if we could sign the closing papers a few days early due to Hurricane Ian, they rearranged their schedule to accompany us to the signing. I would highly recommend Andy and Giselle to anyone interested in selling their house.

Amy once said she is like a dog with a bone - there is no truer statement when describing Amy! This market is so competitive and nearly impossible for a financed buyer. After our family decided what our needs were, she searched high and low, brought us creative ideas, shared her never ending local knowledge, advocated for us, worked tirelessly doing due diligence on properties we were unable to get under contract and quite literally never gave up - even though we almost did. She did this all virtually as we were several states away. We went under contract without seeing the property in person, because of our confidence in Amy's opinion. And this isn't the first time she has done this for us. We always recommend Amy to our family, friends, and business contacts - in this market, if you want to be successful, you need Amy.

After my divorce and needing a new place to call home, John listened to what features I wanted in a house/condo, the locations I was interested in and my budget and found me a perfect house. He and his team coordinated everything for me and made it easy during this stressful time in my life. Thank you.
