It was a totally positive experience to have John's help in buying our condo in Pelican Cove. He has an impressive wealth of knowledge about the real estate market, and is calm and professional in all his dealings with both clients and colleagues. He was excellent at explaining all the steps involved in the process, and kept sending timely reminders of tasks that needed to be completed. What could have been an overwhelming process actually felt quite manageable! But what impressed me most was John's amazing people skills. He is warm and caring, and a very good listener. And his sense of humor is a plus! We spent time talking about life's ups and downs, not just real estate. He never rushed our meetings, but made us feel that he genuinely cared about us as people.
