We set an asking price that we felt comfortable with and within a week we had a full price offer and we closed within a month. During the sales process we were kept fully informed and Mike was quick to answer any questions or concerns. A problem that arose was quickly handled and within a couple days we were back on course. The support from colleagues and third parties, the title company for instance, were similarly competent and responsive. I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone needing real estate expertise.

Not only does she fight for you during the initial contract phase, but she is with you every step of the way through closing. She is also extremely helpful during the inspection period as she has contacts in every area you could possibly need. If she doesn't have a contact, then she will find somebody who does. We have had contracts on several houses and luckily for us we have had the right inspections done to know that those house had projects we were not willing to tackle. Without Sarah and her inspection contacts, we would have been stuck with houses that had major issues. Sarah is also super responsive, which is definitely helpful as we had a lot of first time home buyer questions. This makes a big difference as a lot of the real estate process has hard deadlines.
