THE CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL!

From our initial call to Michael to learn more about the property we saw online, Michael was engaging,knowledgeable,and very candid about the needs of the house.We had a sincere interest in the home, but the raging pandemic,and my Fiance’ living/working in a different state than I,made it impossible to coordinate/plan travel to Florida prior to the sale of the property. That’s where Michael’s honesty, patience,and insight of the area,market,and other possibilities became most valuable. He pointed us to a meticulous inspection report that he had ordered on the property,along with many recent photos (interior & exterior) which captured the Good, the Bad, and the possible.Michael was always available whenever we called (weekends included) with various & sundry questions. He personally facilitated our being able to bid telephonically (online). We built a converse level of trust with Michael that gave us the confidence to bid on,and God blessed to win our forever home. Sure, there were the usual bumps,miscues,and miscommunications that most folks experience when progressing thru inspections,surveys,mortgage bureaucracy,etc., but Michael was ever present with follow-up, status updates,and being present at the closing. We have nothing but profound thanks and praise for Mr. Peters in making our dream come true.
