He not only did a market analysis for the property for me, but also gave me helpful tips of some updates that needed to be done to the house to help with inspections and this was even before I hired him to sell the house. He helped me navigate the sale of a house that I was the trustee of in an estate and answered all of my questions along the way of this more-complex process and truly was my advocate during all the negotiations of the offers and final sale.
