We decided to sell our townhome on the Cotee river and were given a recommendation to contact Mike. We set an asking price that we felt comfortable with and within a week we had a full price offer and we closed within a month. During the sales process we were kept fully informed and Mike was quick to answer any questions or concerns. A problem that arose was quickly handled and within a couple days we were back on course.
