Dario is the best! I live in New Hampshire but wanted to buy a winter house in Florida. He started looking for me right away and was always very responsive, knowledgeable and educating. When I saw a house I really liked that he sent me, he was all over it- which is what you need in this market. Within a day he went and did a showing for me on a Sunday as I could not get down to Florida right away. I had an offer written up and submitted the same day and he kept on the listing agent until we got the house. I flew down to Florida a day later he picked me up from the airport and we looked at the house and drove around the neighborhood all day because I was unfamiliar with it. And then drove me back to the airport after I close on the house. It couldn't have been any easier and better. If you need a realtor in the Tampa area in Florida I really recommend you contact Dario! He just does what it takes. Ryan

Working with Dario was a pleasure, he was educated in the process and communication was excellent. When problems arose he handled them professionally and will definitely work hard for your best interest. I would use Dario again, have referred him to friends and HIGHLY Recommend you use him too.
