Danielle was so awesome and great to work with. We suddenly had to relocate back to the North and called Danielle who provided great professionalism and guidance. She had our house looking incredible, and we received multiple offers….and our house was sold in a day. Highest recommendation from us if you need a high caliber agent. You will consider her a friend like we do.

Dario is the best! I live in New Hampshire but wanted to buy a winter house in Florida. He started looking for me right away and was always very responsive, knowledgeable and educating. When I saw a house I really liked that he sent me, he was all over it- which is what you need in this market. Within a day he went and did a showing for me on a Sunday as I could not get down to Florida right away. I had an offer written up and submitted the same day and he kept on the listing agent until we got the house. I flew down to Florida a day later he picked me up from the airport and we looked at the house and drove around the neighborhood all day because I was unfamiliar with it. And then drove me back to the airport after I close on the house. It couldn't have been any easier and better. If you need a realtor in the Tampa area in Florida I really recommend you contact Dario! He just does what it takes. Ryan
