Erin Humphrey proved to be an excellent Real Estate Agent. I owned a small plot of land rather than an expensive home. Even thought the property was low in regard to asking price Erin did a tremendous job, was very professional, and was able to sell the property. I would recommend her without reservation for real estate expertise.

I worked with Nicole for approximately 6 months searching for a multi family investment opportunity. Nicole never gave up, despite how difficult my parameters were. She always sent me opportunities as well as her analysis. She also constantly kept in contact with me, every day to every other day, as needed. Once we found the deal I wanted to go after, she stepped up even further. Everything that needed to get done, she spearheaded. She had the companies in place for financing, inspections, and even a contractor (who was also phenomenal). Nicole knows what shes doing, and I feel went above and beyond, and as soon as I'm ready to dive into my next project, I'm calling her.
