Kathie has years of experience and has been a multi-million dollar producer since the beginning of her real estate career. Among her many accomplishments are being awarded coveted Master's Club at all levels, Emerald, Ruby, and Diamond, as well as the Top Producer award. Kathie gives her time to her local board as a Professionals Standards committee member and the former Chair of the Education Committee where she was awarded the "Chairman of the Year". She served as president of the West Pasco Board of Realtors in 2013 and holds the GRI, CRS, CHIPS and ePro designations awarded by NAR. Kathie has no limits to the buyers and sellers she desires to assist. She has assisted buyers and sellers with all types of properties, large upscale homes, to small modest condos, mobile homes and even fixer upper projects. She was top producer of her office again in 2017 and continues to help Buyers and Sellers navigate the real estate process.
