Erin Humphrey proved to be an excellent Real Estate Agent. I owned a small plot of land rather than an expensive home. Even thought the property was low in regard to asking price Erin did a tremendous job, was very professional, and was able to sell the property. I would recommend her without reservation for real estate expertise.

After one of the areas most active Real Estate Firms had my home listed for over 900 days without selling it. I turned to Erin. She was great to deal with, is always happy to go above and beyond and has a can do attitude. She had it sold and closed within 90 days.
