My home was listed with another realtor for 6 months with very little activity. I signed a new contract with Seena and she had two offers in approximately 6 weeks. Her intimate knowledge of real estate in the area helped me make a decision about which offer to take. She guided me through the process of "spiffing up" the exterior of the home and in no time I had the two offers to consider. I would recommend her real estate expertise to anyone!!
