However, Alissa was amazing at honing in on our requests and requirements to find exactly what we were looking for within two months of beginning our search. We expected it to take more than six months at least which is why we started our search 9 months before our lease was up. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it allowed us the flexibility to do the remodeling we wanted to accomplish prior to actually moving into our new home.
