Lacy was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were first time home buyers and very nervous and uneducated about the process. Not only did she thoroughly explain every step of the process but she was amazingly patient with all of our questions. She was also very patient as two offers fell through, and helped us find the exact right house after a dozen showings. When/if we reenter the market we will absolutely be going right back to her
