As out of town buyers, we needed more than just a real estate agent. She helped us find just the right community for our lifestyle. Roberta worked closely with our new home builder, gave us updates, videos and even acted as a construction manager on closing doing a home inspection more than a few times. Amazing attention to detail, extremely responsive, gave us a ton of information about the local area and activities and all sorts of recommendations of options for furniture shopping and contractors to outfit our new winter home. She made what could have been a very stressful purchase and build to something that was absolutely amazing. We can't say enough about her great work and relationship we developed over the process of finding an amazing community, dealing with a new home builder, the construction phase, closing the deal and after care. Leana was very helpful ,polite,and knowledgeable. She walk me through every aspect from taking the beautiful pictures and getting them listed,having patience and understanding about how the market changes and listing the house to sale at market value price, from dealing with potential buyers and the buyer realtor, she walked me threw every aspect and explain the process thoroughly, Would highly recommend and will be using Ms Leana for my upcoming project…..p.s it sold over the asking price Thank you again Ms Leana
