Long helped us find the house we were looking for, despite it taking timr to find the right one. What impressed me most is that she continued to help us with the new house well past closing, helping us get it emptied of a lot of stuff that got left behind. Generally, had a very good experience with Mandy Mapp, whom I'd known previously as she had arranged my condo lease and was previously a tenant in my condo. This was my first experience in selling a home, so I have no point of comparison, but Mandy was responsive, pleasant, and made the effort to get answers when she didn't have them immediately.
