Generally, had a very good experience with Mandy Mapp, whom I'd known previously as she had arranged my condo lease and was previously a tenant in my condo. This was my first experience in selling a home, so I have no point of comparison, but Mandy was responsive, pleasant, and made the effort to get answers when she didn't have them immediately.

Emilia is very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in. She was incredibly patient, gave us lots of wonderful advice, but never pushed us to do anything. Her follow up once a deal was made was phenomenal. Her attention to detail was spot on. She is also kind, friendly and has business savvy. Highly recommend Emilia!!

Socha was referred to us through the realtor network when we wanted to find someone to quickly set up and show us homes during a limited timeframe; boy did she deliver! From finding the properties that fit our parameters, to setting up a tight schedule of viewings, to helping us work through what was going to work for our particular needs, she professionally and with genuine caring, helped us through every step. When we decided to go with a new home under construction, she was there for us through the entire process, even working with the builder to make sure things were finished satisfactorily. Kristen is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor who clearly knows her selling/listing area. It was apparent from the first few minutes of our meeting that she had a solid understanding of what we needed to do to sell our family member's home quickly, the price point for listing, and how the extensive upgrades to the home might not garner the original listing/selling price we had in mind.
