I’m not going to leave a long, adjective-filled review about Bernie‘s professionalism. His expertise, professionalism and fantastic personality does not need adjectives because he’s that damn good. Bernie is an authentic human being, he’s very genuine, and he only has your best interest at heart. I spent five long trips with him in the car and he is solid. I am a very hands-off buyer and I knew Bernie would handle everything that needed to be handled, and all I would have to do is sign some papers and give some money. I knew it was all dialed in and gone over with a fine tooth comb by Bernie. I’m a fan!

Marie is a caring person and an excellent agent who I can trust throughout the whole process of selling the house. She and her husband were very nice to spend their own time making the yard look appealing. I appreciated her outstanding market knowledge that helped sell the house quickly.

I was completely satisfied with the exceptional service and attention given to me in getting the property listed immediately and suggestions for staging for the photographer. The photographs were superb and the property had an offer within 2 weeks with only one very short Open House. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately and the sale went very smoothly.
