We were lucky enough to find Bob Hodge and hope other good people get the opportunity to have him as their agent during the purchase of our dream home. He is an extremely intelligent man with outstanding market knowledge and a naturally gifted sense for the real estate arena. Bob’s fully developed support network left us stress free throughout the process, while his skills as a negotiator saved us a ton of money and time. When Bob says he’ll bend over backwards for you or answer your calls anytime unless he’s getting his few hours of sleep, you can chisel that in stone - Very impressive! What was most astonishing is how personable and pleasant Bob is to have as our agent. Despite his cunning in the real estate arena, we couldn’t imagine finding an agent that is more comfortable to work with; he is a wonderful, kind soul that took care of us. He cares more about his people then the profession, or perhaps it is the case that the profession really actually is the people for Bob. If you’re not with Bob, you’re going to miss out.
