As a 67-year-old lifelong entrepreneur and seasoned real estate investor, I've bought and sold numerous properties on my own—I've never needed a realtor. However, for the sale of my Pasco County home, I decided my time was better spent than dealing with the hassles of listings, showings, and endless phone calls. My standards were exceptionally high. I interviewed several top-producing agents in the county, seeking someone with a stellar track record, unwavering professionalism, and a confident, no-nonsense approach. From my first call with Janina Wozniak, it was clear she was the one. She was courteous, respectful, and impressively knowledgeable, with the assertive edge needed to navigate a competitive market. Janina’s guidance began even before we listed. She provided crucial advice on preparing the home, such as painting the interior a bright, neutral color, which proved invaluable. Her pulse on the market climate was perfect; we listed at the ideal price of $240,000 on August 26, 2025. The results were staggering. Within one week, we had 10 showings and two competitive offers. Janina expertly negotiated, and we secured a full-price offer that was accepted without hesitation. The entire process, from listing to closing, was seamless and concluded in less than a month. But Janina’s true value was proven at the final hour. During the last walk-through, the AC unit wouldn’t turn on. While this could have derailed the closing, Janina leveraged her incredible network of contacts and had a technician at the house within 20 minutes. The issue was resolved before the buyer finished signing the paperwork. For anyone who needs a ‘super agent’ who genuinely gets things done, I cannot recommend Janina Wozniak highly enough. She is simply the best." - Ihor Humesky

Kelly is one of the hardest working people I know. I met Kelly through a friend in 2016 when I retired and moved from Iowa to Florida. She is very outgoing and treated me as though I was her most important client. She is very knowledgeable about the entire Tampa area and all things real estate. She took the time to get to know me and what I wanted, guiding me to the perfect place to live. Recently I decided to move to Colorado to be close to family. I have never forgotten how great she was then and of course hired her again to sell my home.
